Second time lucky up An Teallach

Unfortunately my first attempt to get up these with Mark and Stuart got blown out, but this time I got there

On the road in, first good view of the An Teallach range.

And on the way up, much better weather than last time, but still didn't find the right path!

Still this approach worked fine.  Straight up the glen.

Nearly at the bealeach.

Another hill, some distance away.  Actually I think that might be Beinn Dearg and to it's right Am Faochagach, tomorrow's hill (and my last munro).

Thought this was the scary Corrag Bhuidhe, but turns out it's just Glas Mheall Liath

At last, the top of Bidein a' Ghlas Thuill is in sight.

And from the top of #280 I can see my second last munro (Sgur Fiona) and to the left Lord Berkeley's Seat and the Corrag Bhuidhe.  You may be surprised to hear I decided against heading over them today.  Behind that is the Fisherfield Six.  Fantastic.

Glas Mheall Mor and the North East.

Summit trig point.

There was a whole bunch of military chaps on the summit of Sgurr Fiona.  Being rough tough army types they did go round the ridge (bet they had ropes and stuff though!).

Loch Toll an Lochain, and Sail Liath.

From the flank of Sgurr Fiona, looking back to Bidein a' Ghlas Thuill.

The top of Sgurr Fiona, looking to Lord Berkeley's Seat - not for me.
Fisherfield Six, with Slioch behind, and Loch na Sealga on the right.

Looking out to the Ullapool hills.

Bidein a' Ghlas Thuill and Glas Meal Liath.  Having opted out of the airy ridge I had to rescale my first munro, so a three munro day really!

Followed a rather winding path up Sgurr Fiona, that went halfway to Sgurr Creag an Eich over there, but came back down more directly.

Loch Toll an Lochain again

Could just make out Ullapool on the right here.  Only about eight miles as the crow flies.  And that is where I am headed, for a celebratory beer in anticipation of compleating tomorrow.
