Beinn a Chocuill and Beinn Eunaich, the first Sunday in June 2002

(without Stuart)

So Stuart hasn't turned up, and I have to go up there alone!

So far, so good.  But hard work.  Looking back to the top of Loch Awe

The weather just kept not getting better.  Last view before the mist.

Yes, this is the top of Beinn a Chocuill, looking South to Stob Diamh in the Cruachan range.

This is either the way to go, or the way I have just been!

So now I am back below the mist line, but still no sign of Stuart!  Looking North West to Gen Etive from a bealach.

And the top of Beinn Eunaich.  Honest it is a different hill!

On the left in the mist is Beinn a Chochuill, with Loch Etive in the background.  This was supposed to show what a hard climb it was!

And Loch Awe from the same spot.  The meeting place is down there Stuart!

Beinn a Chochuill from the slopes of Beinn Eunaich.  The first time I could see the first hill.  Looked pretty scary, no wonder Stuart rearranged June!

And a final view of the chocolate hill, with the Eunaich on the right.

And here is a picture of Stuart on top of a hill!!

Looking forward to the next team outing.
