An Socach.
An easy one because of the times
After nearly four miles up the Braddoch Burn it was finally time to stash the bikes and head up the hill. |
Just up here and along a bit |
Halfway up the track to the beleach. |
And into the mist. |
The top is up here somewhere |
Is it that one? |
This one seemed to be the highest. Another hill climbed. |
Out of the mist |
One of the few views. Looking across to Loch Vrotachan, with Carn Aosda, and the Cairnwell hiding up there in the clouds. |
|
Possibly Glas Tulaichean in the mist? |
And then back down the track. Now this is when bikes are handy, if only my arse wasn't already sore from the cycle up! |
This was going to be most impressive, but turns out it was just too deep. Luckily there was a nice big bridge just out of picture. |
And back at the roadside, final view of Sgur Mor, behind which lies An Socach. |
Looking back up the road to Carn Aosda |
